Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions for Sherp N Amphibious Vehicle:
Eligibility:
a. The Trade-In Program is open to individuals or entities who own a Sherp Pro and wish to trade it in for a Sherp N.
b. The Sherp Pro must be in operational condition and meet the minimum requirements.
Trade-In Valuation:
a. The trade-in valuation will be determined based on the condition, age, and market value of the Sherp Pro.
Sherp N Purchase:
a. The trade-in value will be applied as a discount towards the purchase of a new Sherp N amphibious vehicle.
b. The customer is responsible for paying any remaining balance after the trade-in discount is applied.
Trade-In Process:
a. Customers interested in participating in the Trade-In Program must contact a Sherp N authorized dealer or representative.
b. The customer will be required to provide relevant information and documentation about the Sherp Pro for trade-in assessment.c. Upon approval of the trade-in value, the customer can proceed with the purchase of the Sherp N.
Terms and Conditions:
a. Sherp N reserves the right to modify or terminate the Trade-In Program at any time without prior notice.
b. The trade-in value is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
c. The customer must agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the Trade-In Agreement provided by Sherp N.
Legal Compliance:
a. By participating in the Trade-In Program, the customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
b. Sherp N is not responsible for any legal obligations related to the Sherp Pro transferred by the customer.
Governing Law:
a. The Trade-In Program and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sherp N conducts business.

By participating in the Trade-In Program, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
